What does $10/month include?
Unlimited shows and unlimited labels — one flat $10/month subscription. No per-show fees and no cap on how many labels you print. Includes sale detection, autoprint, label designer, Recent Sales, and exports.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Download free and get 7 days of full access. After that, subscribe and enter your license key in the app.
Do I need to subscribe before downloading?
No. Try it on a real show first. Subscribe when you are ready — your license key is emailed after checkout.
Do I need to run Chrome separately?
You host in your usual browser if you like. The app uses its own embedded Whatnot session — click Join Show in the app so it can watch sales for that live.
Does autoprint off still record sales?
Yes. Sales still appear in Recent Sales. Autoprint only controls whether a label prints automatically.
Where do I manage my subscription?
Use the Account page to open the billing portal — update payment, view invoices, or cancel.
